Order Status

IMPORTANT : Please ensure the address you enter is correct. Addresses entered are the customer’s responsibility. Incorrect addresses that need to be changed will incur a fee of $17 if the shipping label has already been printed and has to be cancelled. Once an order has shipped, we have no way of changing the address, and you will need to contact the courier directly. 

Shipping & Delivery

We offer free local delivery within a 15 kilometer radius of the store with a minimum purchase of $100 + tax.
Free Shipping in Canada on all orders over $200 before tax!
We also do flat rate shipping to the rest of Canada for any orders under $200

Return Policy

⦁ Full priced items that are unworn/unwashed, with all tags attached may be returned back to us for full refund, exchange or store credit within 14 days of purchase or, in cases of shipped items, within 14 days of delivery to your mailbox.
⦁ Store credit will be given to partially discounted items within 14 days of purchase, or in cases of shipped items, within 14 days of delivery to your mailbox.
⦁ Store credit will be given to items purchased as a Buy One, Get One (BOGO) at a discounted price. In this case, both items must be returned, unless exchanging sizes.
⦁ Final sale on items half priced or further reduced, and all Buy One, Get One (BOGO) Free purchases.
⦁ If you selected local pickup on an online order, you will have 14 days from the date of purchase to return or exchange your items.
⦁ Items can be brought into the store for return/exchange.
If you are returning an item by mail, first contact us via email contact@locobunny.com to receive a Return Authorization email.

As soon as we receive your return, we will process it promptly and contact you via email with a receipt of the refund, or in cases of eligible discounted items, a receipt with store credit issued.
